Specially built modern looms, each operated by skilled weavers, produce the finest industrial wire mesh available. Whether rolls or sheets, high standards and constant close inspection result in a superior product meeting the most exacting specifications.
Weaving Capabilities
Huansi operates modern computer controlled looms capable of weaving width from 2" to 600". Looms are operated by skilled weavers with combined experience of over 20 years. Most metal, precious metals and alloys can be woven. In addition we have had experience with non metallic material such as nylon, plastics, PVC, etc.

Fabricating Facilities
Facilities include the advanced metalworking equipment for shearing, forming, blanking, extruding, calendering, welding, soldering. Plating and plastic coating can be provided at your request. Here again, rigid quality control and production methods guarantee fabricated wire mesh products.
Fabricating Capabilities
Huansi operates a full fabrication division capable of fabricating wire mesh to most customer specifications. Welding and brazing is Nadcap certified which is a requirement for the aerospace industry. We also maintainISO 9001: 2015 Quality Certification. Skilled technicians operate various computer controlled equipment to ensure the wire mesh part is made exactly to customer specifications.
