Specially built modern looms, each operated by skilled weavers, produce the finest industrial wire mesh available. Whether rolls or sheets, high standards and constant close inspection result in a superior product meeting the most exacting specifications.
Weaving Capabilities
Huansi operates modern computer controlled looms capable of weaving width from 2" to 600". Looms are operated by skilled weavers with combined experience of over 20 years. Most metal, precious metals and alloys can be woven. In addition we have had experience with non metallic material such as nylon, plastics, pvc, Etc.
Micronic Filter Cloth/Dutch Weave Wire Cloth
Materials of Dutch weave wire cloth: S.S wire 304/304L/316/316L, galvanized wire, brass wire, Monel wire etc.
Weaving types of Dutch weave wire cloth: Plain Dutch weave, twilled Dutch weave, reverse Dutch weave.
Micronic(Dutch Weaves:PDW and TDW)-the Dutch weaves are thick,strong and light-tight meshes which are used primarily in fluid,vacuum and pressure filtration of liquids and gases.These are woven to precise tolerances and their openings are actually tiny curved,like triangular tunnels.
Plain Dutch Weave is primarily used as a filter cloth. The openings slant diagonally through the cloth and cannot be seen by looking directly at the cloth. This weave has a coarser mesh and wire in the warp direction and a finer mesh and wire in the shute direction, giving a very compact, firm mesh with great strength.
