Reverse Dutch Weave Filter Mesh for Film Casting Machine

Product Description

Reverse Dutch Weave is a filter cloth in which the larger count of wires is found in the warp and the smaller count in the shute, thus reversing the method used in Plain and Twilled Dutch Weaves. The warp wires have a smaller diameter than the shute wires and touch each other, while heavier shute wires are woven as tightly together as possible. The result is the strongest filter weave available because of the semi-rectangular opening. It is exceptionally easy to clean or back-wash with no plugging. This filter cloth has an accurate and uniform pore size.



Material: High quality stainless steel wire, 304/316L etc.

Weave: Reverse plain Dutch weave , twilled reverse Dutch weave.

Features: Smooth mesh surface, high hardness, continuous mesh, no deformation, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flexible meshing, etc. It has the characteristics of excellent filtration performance, high filtration precision, and high load strength.

Specifications: General length is 10 meters, 20 meters, width is 40mm-210mm. Maximum width can reach 1220mm, the mesh number is 40 mesh-850 mesh, and special specifications can be processed and customized.
